CONCORDIA, Kansas -- The NOC Lady Mavs fell at Cloud County (KS) 73-42 Monday night in Concordia, Kansas.

The Lady Mavs (2-2) were led by Jordan Holman with 20 points and seven rebounds.

Cloud County jumped on the Lady Mavs out of the gate with a 23-13 first quarter lead built to 45-18 at half.

"Part of growing with a freshman dominated team is learning to not live in the past, whether its coming off a big win or a big loss," said coach Greg Krause.   "We weren't on our game tonight, but starting Wednesday we play three really good teams in four days. Time to learn how to bounce back with toughness."

Allison Green and Landri Hussey had eight points each while Kaydrin Scott added seven.

NOC shot just 25% from the floor and 21% from 3-point range.

The Lady Mavs host Cowley Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
