NOC Tonkawa swept Western 4-0 and 10-2 on sophomore day in Tonkawa on Sunday.

Sophomores Lauren Bratcher, Haiden Huster, Kyla Storts, Jayden Looper, Alexandra Griffin, Emma Enderud, Savannah Chenoweth, Cadeynce Lewis, Teagan Honer, Madalyn McNac, and manager Jaylee Dvorak were honored between games.

In Game 1, Lauren Bratcher tossed a two-hitter and Jayden Looper added two runs batted in to lead NOC past Western 4-0.

Bratcher fanned nine and walked three for NOC Tonkawa.

Morgan Meyer added a single and an rbi for Mavs who collected just three hits.

in Game 2, the Mavs exploded for eight runs in the third turning a 2-1 deficit into a 9-2 lead.

In the third, the Mavs sent 12 hitters to the plate.  Caydence Lewis had two hits in the inning while, Ryllie Shipp, Jayden Looper, Haiden Huster, Alexandra Griffin, Hannah Endicott had hits for the Mavs.

Storts homered for the Mavs while Griffin tripled.  Huster, Lewis, and Looper all double for NOC Tonkawa.

Emma Enderud was stellar in the circle allowing two runs on three hits while striking out nine.

The Mavs (24-22) host NEO on Tuesday at 2 p.m.
