NOC dropped two non-conference games Monday to Neoshp (KS) 8-2 and 7-5.

The Mavs are now 22-22 on the year.

In Game 1, Neosho scored five runs in the second and cruised past NOC Tonkawa 8-2.

Kyla Storts had two doubles for NOC and one run batted in.  Alexandra Griffin added an rbi single.

Lauren Bratcher worked seven innings allowing eight runs on six hits.

In the second game, the Mavs trailed early 4-2 and rallied to within 6-5 but lost 7-5 to Neosho.

Morgan Meyer hit a solo shot for the Mavs while Savannah Chenoweth had two runs batted in.

Ashlyne Roblyer and Emma Enderud worked for the Mavs in the circle.

The Mavs host NEO on Thursday at 2 p.m.
