ALTUS, Oklahoma -- The NOC Mavs run-ruled Western 12-2 on Saturday in Altus after losing the first game 3-2.

In Game 2, the Mavs broke open a 3-2 game with nine runs in final two innings to win 12-2.

Kyla Storts had three hits including a double and and two runs scored.  Hannah Endicott, Savannah Chenoweth, and Allison McGowan had two hits each.  Morgan Meyer and Teagan honer drove home two runs each for NOC.

Emma Enderud worked 4.2 innings in relief of Ashlyne Roblyer.  

In Game 1, the Mavs trailed 3-0 until the seventh when NOC rallied for two runs but fell short 3-2.

Chenoweth and Honer drove home runs for the Mavs in the seventh inning rally.

Lauren Bratcher worked six innings allowing three unearned runs.

The Mavs are at MACU JV on Monday for a non-conference doubleheader.

NOC Tonkawa (15-13) returns to conference action Thursday at Connors.
