CHANUTE, Kansas -- NOC Tonkawa dropped a pair at Neosho Monday afternoon 4-2 and 9-8 in extra innings.

In Game 1, the Mavs out hit Neosho 5-4 but lost 4-2.

NOC led 2-1 before Neosho scored three runs in the fifth to take a 4-2 lead.

Morgan Meyer had two hits for the Mavs while Ryllie Shipp, Hannah Endicott, and Savannah Chenoweth had one hit each.

Lauren Bratcher allowed four hits while striking out nine over six innings.

In Game 2, Chenoweth and Meyer homered while Jayden Looper had three hits.  Ryllie Shipp and Kyla Storts had two hits each.

Emma Enderud and Bratcher worked in the circle for the Mavs.

NOC is scheduled to host Cloud (KS) Saturday at noon in Tonkawa.
