PARSONS, Kansas --  The NOC Mavs won their seventh straight with a 78-67 win at Labette (KS) Wednesday night.

NOC (9-3) was led by Fede Federiko with 19 points while DJ Jones and Syrus Grisby added 15 each.

"It wasn't pretty," said coach Brad Witherspoon.  "I knew with our guys coming off an emotional game like Enid, it was going to be tough to have energy. I thought we did just enough to win the game. We will have to be a lot better this weekend"

Federiko ked the Mavs on the boards with 10 while Grisby added six.  Elijah Pickens led the Mavs with seven assists while Grisby added six.  Jones added six steals for the Mavs.

NOC jumped out to a 41-27 halftime lead over Labette.

The Mavs shot 47% from the floor and 62% from the foul line.  The Mavs out rebounded Labette 39-31.

NOC travels to Enid Friday and Saturday for the Jets Classic at the Mabee Center.  The Mavs face OnPoint Prep at 6 p.m. Friday and Hill College (TX) on Saturday at 1 p.m.
