ALTUS, Oklahoma --  The NOC Mavs picked up their first conference win over Western at Altus 89-77 on Thursday.

NOC (6-3) has now won four straight.

The Mavs had five in double figures led by Syrus Grisby with 16 and DJ Jones with 15.

NOC built a double figure lead at half 43-31 and had a 20 point lead before Western cut the lead to 12 in the final minute.

Grisby had seven rebounds while Fede Federiko and Cam Malray had six each.  Elijah Pickens had six assists and four steals.

The Mavs host NEO Monday night at 7:30 p.m. at Foster-Piper Fieldhouse.
