HUTCHINSON, Kansas -- The NOC Mavericks dropped their second straight in the BSN Classic 97-88 Saturday night in Hutchinson (KS) to the host Blue Dragons.

The Mavs (2-2) had five scorers in double figures led by Jalen Johnson with 18 and Kodee Holloway with 15.  Also reaching double figures were DJ Jones 13, Elijah Pickens, 12, and Syrus Grisby, 11.

Holloway and Fede Federiko led the Mavs with 10 rebounds each.  Pickens had five assists while Johnson added four steals.

Hutch led 49-44 at half.  NOC shot 38% from the field and 33% from 3-point range while Hutch shot 42% from the floor and 32% from behind the arc.

The Mavs will try and gain revenge over the Dragons Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. when NOC hosts Hutchinson.
