PIEDMONT, Oklahoma --  NOC swept Iowa Lakes Saturday 18-8 and 8-0 completing the four game sweep at Piedmont.

In Game 1, the Mavs had nine extra base hits in an 18-8 romp over the Lakers.

Luke Shannahan and Matt Stancliff had three hits each.  Stancliff had two doubles, a triple, and four runs batted in while Shannahan had three hits and two runs batted in.

Blade Carver added two hits for the Mavs.

Carson Loyd earned the win from the Mavs bullpen allowing two runs in 4.1 innings of work.

NOC scored in five of the seven innings in Game 1.

In Game 2, Brendon Carter, Nakni Anna, and David Brown combined for the 8-0 shutout allowing just five Laker hits.

Once again, the Mavs scored in multiple innings, scoring two runs in four separate innings.

Blade Carver had two hits while Rick Requejo drove in two runs.

The Mavs are in action Feb. 7 at Dallas Brookhaven.
