High school: I was a 3 sport athlete at R.L Turner High School playing Football, Baseball, and Wrestling. I was a 4 year varsity starter in both football and baseball so wrestling wasn’t my main sport as I only wrestled my freshman and senior year. I played season to season every year not having any breaks between seasons and it took a bit of a toll on my body. I missed my wrestling season my sophomore and junior year due to hip and back injuries. With only 2 years of wrestling I was a 5A Texas state qualifier at 157 my senior year. 

2023-2024: I Decided to take a gap year but still continued to wrestle.
