WARNER, Oklahoma --  NOC Tonkawa lost a shootout at Connors 84-77 Saturday night at Warner.

Kaydrin Scott led the Lady Mavs with 28 points while Brooke Robertson added 14 and Maddy Wehrenberg 11.

Scott added 12 rebounds and two blocks.

Connors jumped out to a 50-36 halftime lead and the Lady Mavs rallied in the third quarter outscoring Connors 24-16 cutting the lead to six at the end of the third quarter.

The Lady Mavs shot 57% from the floor and 48% from 3-Point Range.

"We need to be more physical defensively and more aggressive on the boards," said coach Greg Krause.

The Lady Mavs (7-12) fell to 3-4 in league while Connors (17-4) improved to 5-2.

NOC hosts NEO Monday night at 5:30 p.m.
