SHAWNEE, Oklahoma -- The NOC Lady Mavs saw their season come to an end Friday at the hands of Eastern 77-66 in the NJCAA REgion 2 Semi-Finals in Shawnee.
The loss ended the Lady Mavs season at 13-15.
Jordan Holman led the Lady Mavs with 23 while Delaney Reimer added 13.
Holman had nine rebounds while Travisha Cogdell and Reimer had seven. Shelby Rayner had five assists.
The Lady Mavs played even with the Lady Mountaineers in the first half trailing 39-38.
The third quarter was unkind to the Lady Mavs as Eastern outscored the Lady Mavs 27-16 to take a 67-54 lead.
NOC cut the lead to 67-57 but couldn't get any closer to the Lady Mountaineers.
