The NOC Lady Mavs had little trouble with Connors Monday night crushing the Cowgirls 76-44 in Tonkawa.
NOC (12-12) improved to 7-7 in league play while Connors (8-19) fell to 2-11.
Shelby Rayner led the Lady Mavs with 15 while Tiffany Ikwumere added 14 and Delaney Reimer 12.
"I thought we played with good enthusiasm," said coach Greg Krause. "We worked hard on defense in between our last two games. I thought our defense was a lot more active and team conscious. We want to continue this momentum going into our last two games and the playoffs."
The Lady Mavs built a 32-21 halftime lead but exploded in the third quarter outscoring Connors 26-3 and then cruised to the 32 point win.
Jordan Holman led the team with nine rebounds while Rayner had four assists and five steals.
The Lady Mavs are at Redlands on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
