Delaney Reimer had 21 points and Jordan Holman added 16 in a 96-63 win over Southwest Christian JV Friday night in Tonkawa.
NOC Tonkawa (2-1) was never seriously threatened by the Eagles as the Lady Mavs led 49-38 at half and then exploded in the second half outscoring SW Christian 47-25.
"After shooting poorly Wednesday, it was good to get back on the floor quickly and get some shots to go down," said coach Greg Krause. "It's so important for the girls to build confidence in themselves and one another."
Travisha Cogdell added 10 points while Lexie Boyer and Tiffany Ikwumere added 10 points off the Lady Mavs bench.
Cogdell and Ikwumere led the Lady Mavs with seven rebounds while Shelby Rayner had eight assists. Delaney Reimer added three steals.
The Lady Mavs shot 43% from the floor and 36% from 3-point range.
The Lady Mavs host Clarendon (TX) Monday at 5:30 p.m.
