TISHOMINGO, Oklahoma -- Kayla Stover homered and Kaidince Calvert had four hits in a 10-8 loss to Eastern in Game 2 of a conference doubleheader Tuesday.

The Mavs jumped out to an early 5-0 lead but the Mountaineers rallied to tie the game at 5-5 after three.

NOC then took an 8-5 lead but Eastern rallied to tie the the game at 8-8 after six and then a seventh inning home run walked off the Eastern win.

Calvert hd two doubles and two singles, two runs batted in and two runs scored.  Stover had two hits and three runs batted in, two coming on a fifth inning home run.

Faith Williams and Kailey Rich had two hits each.

Jordan Johnson, Kennedy Zook, and Calvert worked in the circle for the Mavs.

NOC (18-24) fell to 5-9 in conference while Eastern (25-13) improved to 11-2 in league play.

The Mavs are at Seminole on Thursday, April 10, at 2 p.m./4 p.m.
