Faith Williams and Kayla Stover homered and Kaidince Calvert worked five innings of one run relief in a 9-5 win over Dodge City on Monday in Game 1 of a non-conference doubleheader.

The Mavs (12-17) trailed 4-2 before plating five runs in the third to take a 7-4 lead.  

Jules Leach had two hits for NOC Tonkawa while Stover and Maggie Glasgow had two runs batted in each.

Jordan Johnson started in the circle allowing four runs.  Calvert entered in the third and allowed one Dodge City run on five hits while striking out six in five innings.
