The NOC Mavs Softball Team won their 14th straight Saturday with two wins over Barton County at Maverick Field.

NOC (14-3) beat Barton 9-4 and 12-3.

Mavs 9, Barton 4

NOC pounded 12 hits and Taylor Lane earned her 8th win of the year in a 9-4 win.

The Mavs had five extra base hits including a triple by Kyia Monahwee.  Madison Kettler, Sarah Rienke, Morgan Rowher, and Rachel Rumsey added doubles for the Mavs.  Baylee Scrimshire scored three runs from the leadoff spot.

Lane struck out 13 Barton County hitters and walked five allowing four earned runs.

Mavs 12, Barton 3

Kyia Monahwee hit two solo home runs and Aylin Nunez had three hits, three stolen bases, and three runs scored in a 12-3 win over Barton.

Rachel Rumsey had three hits while Sarah Rienke had four runs batted in.

Baylee Scrimshire scored three runs for the Mavs.

Jenna Chassie (7-1) allowed eight hits and three earned runs.
