BORGER, Texas --  NOC Tonkawa dropped a 101-54 decision to #18 Frank Phillips last Tuesday night.

The Mavs dropped to 3-8 on the season.

NOC stayed close to Frank Phillips in the first half trailing 42-31 before the home team extended the lead in the second half.

Xon Williams led the Mavs with 11 points while Jack Riley added seven rebounds.

NOC is at the Howard College Classic Dec. 7-9 against Midland, Howard, and Western.
