EL DORADO, Kansas --  Benji Nelson and Jack Riley combined for 36 points in an 85-75 win over #6 Butler Wednesday night.

Riley led the Mavs with 15 rebounds while Nelson added 11.  Levi O'Brien added 11 points off the Mavs' bench.

NOC shot 46% from the floor and 38% from 3-point range.  The Mavs outrebounded the Grizzilies 56-46.

The Mavs held a slim 41-40 halftime lead over Butler before expanding the lead to double figures in the second half, then withstanding each Butler run holding on for the 10 point win.

It was sweet revenge for the Mavs who lost at home to Butler 93-84 in early November.

The Mavs (3-7) are at Frank Phillips on Nov. 26 for their next action.
