NOC freshman center Fede Federiko was named NJCAA Honorab le Mention All-American on Wednesday.

Federiko, from Helsinki, Finland, averaged 12 points and nine rebounds per game for the Mavs.

NOC finished the season at 21-8 and won the regular season OCAC championship.
