The NOC Mavericks are ranked 9th in the latest NJCAA Division 1 Basketball Poll released Dec. 16.

The Mavs (14-1) were ranked 10th last week.

NOC has two wins over 13th ranked Cowley College (KS) and one win over 18th ranked New Mexico.

The Mavs are led by sophomore Demaree King (22 points per game) and Tyrel Morgan (13 points per game).

NOC is off for Christmas Break and returns to action Jan. 6 when the Mavs host Labette (KS).
