The NOC Mavs broke the season record for wins in the 2025 season with 48 wins as the #19 Mavs beat Western 4-2 on Friday in the final regular season game of the season.

NOC (48-7) improved to 18-6 in league play while Western (29-26) ended their season with an 8-16 record.

Blade Carver had a double and triple for NOC while Carson Taylor added a triple and two runs batted in for the Mavs.  

Braeden Cooch, Jacob Kulp, Liam McKinney, and Rylan Newman worked for the Mavs, McKinney (5-1) worked three scoreless innings while Rylan Newman worked 1.2 innings to earn the save.

The Mavs trailed 2-1 before scoring runs in three straight innings to earn the 4-2 win.
