Carver, Johnson named All-Americans

NOC Mavericks Landen Johnson and Blade Carver were recently named NJCAA All-Americans.

Johnson, a redshirt sophomore first baseman from St. Louis, Missouri, was named 1st Team while Carver, a freshman from Denton, Texas, was named 3rd Team.

Johnson hit .427 with 19 home runs and 90 runs batted in for the Mavs in 61 games.  Johnson led the nation in total hits with 102.  

Johnson will attend High Point University (NC) in Fall 2024.

Carver, a freshman catcher, hit .404 with seven home runs and 70 runs batted in for the Mavs.  His 95 hits was third in the nation.
