Brendon Carter and Matthew Stancliff are the Mavs Baseball Student Athletes of the Week.

Both are sophomores, Carter from Edmond, OK, and Stancliff is from Burleson, TX.

Carter, the pitcher of the week, worked three shut out innings in an 8-0 win on Saturday over Iowa Lakes.

Stancliff had five hits and five runs batted in the four game sweep over Iowa Lakes.
