(May 10, 2024) Enid, Oklahoma - Coming off a win on Thursday night over Carl Albert, the Bucks took on Northern Oklahoma College - Tonkawa on Friday evening at David Allen Memorial Ballpark. NOC-Tonkawa is the #2 seed from the West Division of NJCAA DII Baseball. 

It was all Mavs in the contest. The Mavs scored in every inning of the shortened 5-inning contest. The Bucks would fall 19-2. 

Offensively, the top of the lineup for the Bucks were the most productive. Cody Hayes (Corsicana, TX) and Ian Smith (Bismarck, AR) drove in the Bucks only runs in the contest. The men were out hit 17-4 in the contest. 

Now, the Bucks face the gauntlet of the elimination bracket and are set to take on National Park on Saturday afternoon at 1 pm. The Bucks took four of six from the Nighthawks earlier this year. If the men win, they will play again at 7 pm against the winner of Carl Albert and Western Oklahoma State College.
