NOC would open up the game with the first goal 10 minutes in when Skylar Yocham whipped a cross into the box which found Maddie Cochran at the back post. Neither team would create any solid chances in the remainder of the first half.

Second half Seminole took the lead 4 minutes in when a headed ball slipped past the outside back for Seminole forward to run on and finish. Once again for long period of the game niether team created any real goal scoring opportunities. In the last 15 minutes the game came alive again. Nancy Herr hit a great shot that had the goalkeeper giving up a corner. From the corner kick Katelyn Glock nearly tied the game when the ball dropped to her in the box which she hit it just inches wide. Seminole then had a good opportunity from a header which was excellently denied by Madeline Kindred. Seminole would put the game away with 4 minutes remaining scoring from a cross.

"We are disappointed in the loss, but not disappointed in our performance. In some periods of the game we were toe to toe with them and had opportunities to bring the game level. We sat in and soaked up a lot of pressure and made it difficult for Seminole to get through our back line. This is with us also missing our starting center back Kate LaSpisa. Madeline Kindred made one of the best saves of the season too. Our midfield continue to cover a lot of ground and have been solid for us. I thought Skylar Yocham and Nancy Herr at top chased everything they could and caused their back lines issues. Despite the score we can take positives from the game. We have two more home games against Redlands on Thursday and Murray State on Sunday. So we will be focusing on these next two." Coach Ovendale.
