Cici Yang has signed a letter of intent at Northern Oklahoma College. Cici Yang is a midfielder who represented East Central High School.
"I am happy Cici has joined us here at NOC, she is a very technical player that could play a few spots for us. She has a fantastic engine to get around the field and is very calm on the ball. She is very passionate about soccer and I love her attitude towards the game and the classroom. She is a tremendous student and I know she is going to represent our program very well on and off the field." Coach Ovendale adds.
