Northern Oklahoma College has named Megan Deshazo and Danny Perez as NOC Tonkawa Student Athletes of the Week for Sept. 7.

Deshazo is a sophomore from Sand Springs High School in Tulsa scored two goals in the season opener at Cloud County (KS) Community College last week.

Perez, a sophomore from Union High School in Tulsa, is a center back for the Mavs.

"Danny (Perez) had a great week this week for the Mavs," said head coach Michael DuRoy.   "He played the full 90 in the first game and 80 minutes in the second game. He has led the back line and we are expecting big things from him this year."
