Coach Castillo is using his connections in the professional realm to continue to prepare the 2018 Fall season for the Lady Mavs. Dr. Castillo is in Mexico visiting the team that ended up being the runner up of the women's Liga MX in 2017. " I have been able to observe the training methodology of a great team as well as intereact with their head coach and coaching staff. I believe that to get better as a coach we must continue to observe, study and learn what is going on in the world of our sport".
Dr. Castillo was invited to run a training session on thursday as part of the exchange of knowledge between the coaches.
