The NOC Student Athletes of the Week for Jan. 13 are Carlee Murray and Avante Lederer.

Murray is a sophomore from Granite, Oklahoma while Lederer is a freshman from Conyers, Georgia.

Murray had 12 points, three rebounds, five assists and three steals against Conners hitting four 3-pointers.

"Carlee (Murray) has been working hard adjusting to her new role of occasionally rotating into the point guard position to assist with our injury situation," said coach Krause.  "She is doing a good job and feeling more comfortable every day. In the long run, it will help her become a more complete player."

Lederer averaged 15 points and eight rebounds in wins over Labette and Connors.
