Tahanee Bennell and Trevion Lamar have been selected as Northern Oklahoma College Student Athletes of the Week for Dec. 3.
Bennell is a sophomore from Turners Beach, Tasmania, Australia, while Lamar is a sophomore from Savannah, Georgia.
For the week, Bennell averaged 17 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 5.3 assists per game.
"Tahanee (Bennell) is creating scoring opportunities, playing good defense, and leading us in rebounding," said head coach Greg Krause. "Even though she is primarily a guard, her versatility has been outstanding."
Lamar averaged 23 points a game in two games last week against Seminole and Connors.
"Trevion (Lamar) continues to be our offensive staple," said head coach Donnie Jackson. "He is multi-dimensional, a team player, and steps up in big moments."
