MIAMI, Oklahoma --  Northern Oklahoma College Tonkawa dropped two games at NEO on Friday in Miami.

NOC (31-14) fell to 3rd place in Region 2 with a record of 13-8.  NOC is currently behind Seminole and NEO.

NEO 7, Mavs 5

Kyia Monahwee had a double and three runs batted in but it wasn't enough in a 7-5 loss to NEO.

Aylin Nunez added three singles for the Mavs scoring one run.  Baylee Scrimshire scored three runs as well.

Taylor Lane (15-8) allowed six earned runs on eight hits.  She struck out nine and walked four.

NEO 14, Mavs 5

Monahwee had a solo home run while five Mavs had doubles in a 14-5 loss to NEO in Game 2.

Emily Poindexter had two hits while Katelyn Yee had a double and three runs batted in.  

Shortstop Allison Roberts had two runs scored for NOC.

Jenna Chassie (15-5) suffered the loss in the circle.
