The Mavs won their 2019 home opener Wednesday with a 10-4 win over Murray State in cold, drizzly conditions in Tonkawa
NOC (3-3) scored in five of the six innings and scored more than one run in four of the five innings scored.
Baylee Scrimshire led the Mavs with three hits scoring two runs.
Taylor Lane (2-2) picked up the win for the Mavs striking out 12 Murray State hitters allowing four runs on four hits.
Emily Poindexter scored three runs while Sarah Rienke scored twice.
NOC hosts Pratt Community College on Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 1 p.m. in their next action.
