Rylee Turman had two hits and two rbi's in NOC softball's 7-4 win over Rose State Thursday in Tonkawa.
NOC (18-15) lost the night cap to the Raiders 8-4.
Turman also scored two runs for the Mavs supporting pitcher Taylor Lane who allowed two earned runs on six hits in the pitching circle. Lane struck out nine Rose State hitters.
NOC jumped out to a 7-0 lead and withstood a late Rose State four run rally in the seventh.
In Game 2, Rose State flipped the script with six runs in the first two innings and then coasted to an 8-4 win over NOC.
Turman remained hot in the second game with three hits while Madi Baughman had two hits for the Mavs.
Baughman was the starter for the Mavs with relief help from Morgan Rohwer and Kylie Garrett.
