Anna, Texas forward Gavin Reno has signed a letter of intent to play for the Mavericks in 2019.  Reno led Anna High School to the District Championship and the second round of the playoffs with nineteen goals and three assists.  He had three game winning goals in 2019.

"Gavin was a guy that we identified early as a player we really wanted.  He can score goals, but his best quality is how hard he plays.  He has an incredible work rate, and his physicality will fit in well at the college level.  His size and athleticism will allow him the opportunity to play multiple positions.  I think he could play as a wing, center forward, or as an outside back."
