Geshon Pratt is in his first year as an NOC Maverick assistant coach.

Pratt comes to NOC after completing his Master of Science at Missouri State University while also serving as a graduate manager for the Bears men's basketball program.

He assisted the Bears with day-to-day operations, player development, and other managerial duties.  In Pratt's tenure at Missouri State, the Bears averaged 20 wins per season.

Prior to MSU, he served as a student manager at Saint Leo University while pursing his Bachelor of Arts degree.  He assisted the Lions staff with game day preparations, student-athlete study hall, and other managerial duties.

He is originally from Nassau, Bahamas.
