Campbell's driving lay up at the buzzer sent the game to overtime and then the Mavs built an early overtime lead and held on for the 99-94 win.

NOC chipped away with a 14-4 run giving the Mavs a 73-72 lead.  NOC build that lead to 85-81 before the Norse took an 88-86 lead with :11.4 left.

On their final possession, Campbell drove to the basket and his twisting lay up sent the game to overtime.

Matet Dhieu hit a 3-pointer on the first possession of overtime and the Mavs never looked back.

NOC built their first half lead on the shooting of Brown who made seven 3-pointers, four in the first half.

"This was a big win for us," said Mavs coach Brandon Gossett. "NEO is a very talented team. I'm proud of our effort defensively and how bought in we were to the game plan. The guys handled their zone defense by trusting one another and moving the ball. We kept making the extra pass and setting each other up passing up good shots for better ones. When we have five guys playing as one it's a fun game to watch."

The Mavs (13-8) improved to 5-3 in league play while the Norse (18-3) fell to 7-1 in conference.

NOC is at Eastern Thursday night at 7:30 p.m.
