The NOC Mavericks routed OnPoint Prep 121-63 Saturday afternoon at the Foster-Piper Fieldhouse in the first game of the spring semester.

Keiodre Perry led six Mavs in double figures with 24 points on 10 of 14 shooting.

Trevion Lamar added 17, Deon Berrien 12, Sayvon Traylor 11, Mike Downing 10, and Deaveon Bankston had 10 for the Mavs (10-5).

"This was a great game to get in coming back from fall break," said head coach Donnie Jackson.  "I thought we shared the ball well (31 assists).  We made some changes offensively that I hope open up a few things.  I'm anxious to see how we do against KCK and West Plains this week before conference play starts back up."

The Mavs welcomed back sophomore guard Omar Boone who missed time with a thumb injury.

Saturday's game was never in doubt as the Mavs exploded to a 34-12 lead over OnPoint.  

NOC shot 54 percent (52 of 96) from the field and shot 46 percent (12 of 26) from the 3-point line.

Lamar and Elafayette Stone added eight rebounds for the Mavs while Lamar and Khobe Austin-Johnson had seven assists each.  Perry and Boone had three steals each.
