INDEPENDENCE, Kansas --  The NOC Mavs (6-3) blasted Independence (Kansas) 77-57 last Tuesday night.

Keiodre Perry and Trevion Lamar led the Mavs with 19 while Deon Berrien added 16.

NOC outscored Independence by 10 points each half cruising to the 20 point win.

Berrien added 15 rebounds for the Mavs who out rebounded Independence 38-33.  Khobe Austin-Johnson added four steals.

NOC opens Region 2 play Tuesday when they host Seminole.
