NOC Tonkawa Mavericks Head Coach Donnie Jackson earned his 100th win Friday as NOC blasted Next Level Prep 107-92.

Jackson earned his 100th win in his fifth season.  His record at NOC Tonkawa is 100-46.

"I'm very thankful for this team and all the former NOC Mavs that have played under me and all the assistant coaches that have worked under me," Jackson said.  "All of those players and coaches are the reason for this milestone.  I am grateful for Dr. Evans and Jeremy Hise for giving me the opportunity to be the head men's basketball coach at Northern Oklahoma College Tonkawa."

NOC Athletic Director Jeremy Hise is excited for Jackson's milestone and for the future.

"Reaching 100 wins in less than five full seasons is rare," Hise said.   "Coach Jackson, his assistants and his players should all be proud of this accomplishment.  What is even more rare are coaches who care about their players and co-workers the way the Donnie does."

"I feel fortunate to have Donnie on staff and look forward to working with him as we strive for academic and athletic excellence on the way to win number 200," Hise added.
