NOC Maverick baseball players Trevin Michael and Luke Quick were named baseball Student Athletes of the Week for May 6.

Michael is a sophomore right handed pitcher from Piedmont while Quick is a sophomore outfielder from Westmoore.

For the week, Michael was 1-0 on the mound pitching five innings in a win over Carl Albert last Thursday.  He struck out six and walked one allowing one run on five hits.

Quick hit .389 for the week with six singles and a double in four games.  Quick had four runs batted in and scored three runs in the series against Carl Albert.
