NOC Maverick sophomores Cale Francis and Trevin Michael earned baseball Student Athlete of the Week honors for April 22.

Francis, a sophomore second baseman from Westmoore, hit .667 in four games against Redlands.  Francis had four doubles, two triples, and eight runs batted in.  He also collected four walks and scored seven runs.

Michael, a sophomore right handed pitcher from Piedmont, tossed a five inning no-hitter on Saturday against Redlands.  Michael struck out eight and walked four in the 14-0 Maverick win.
