SALINA, Kansas --  NOC won two mid-week games at Kansas Wesleyan JV Tuesday 9-2 and 11-6.

NOC (27-5) has now won six straight.

Mavs 9, KWU 2

Alex Andrews, Joey Pena, and Cacy Harper homered in a 9-2 rout of Kansas Wesleyan JV.

Harper, Pena, Dominick Trevino, Austin Glock, Ashton Francis had two hits each with Andrews and Pena driving in two runs each.

Jack Gray (1-0) was the winning pitcher, NOC used seven pitchers one inning each in the contest.

Mavs 11, KWU 6

The Mavs used two big innings to overwhelm Kansas Wesleyan 11-6.

Kade Marlatt hit a three run home run in the 4th as the Mavs scored four runs and then Pena's two run single led to seven runs in the NOC 5th.

Tyler Kisner (7-0) was the winner tossing three innings allowing two unearned runs and striking out five.

The Mavs are ranked 12th in the most recent NJCAA Poll.  NOC travels to Hesston for a doubleheader Friday afternoon.
