The NOC Mavericks stayed hot in cold temperatures Saturday with a sweep of Western Technical.

NOC (15-4-1) outscored the visitors from Wisconsin 27-2 in the sweep.

Mavs 12, Western Technical 2

Ben MacNaughton had three hits and scored two runs in the 12-2 win in Game 1.

Dominck Trevino, Joey Pena, Eric Gutierrez, Cale Francis, Ashton Francis, and Bryan Burgos each had two runs batted in for the Mavs.

Zach Stephenson (2-1) picked up the win allowing one earned run over four innings.

The Mavs stole six bases, MacNaughton had three for the Mavs.

Mavs 15, Western Technical 0

Jaken Snider pitched a five inning perfect game and Dominick Trevino had three hits and three runs batted in to lead NOC past Western Technical College in Game 2 15-0.

Snider threw 53 pitches in facing the minimum 15 hitters.

Cale Francis added a double and drove in four runs for the Mavs while Eric Gutierrez added three runs batted in.

Saturday's two wins extended the Mavs win streak to five.

NOC hosts Hesston College Tuesday at 1 p.m.
