Harper homers in NOC’s 5-1 win over Redlands

 

Cacy Harper homered and doubled and Tyler Kisner pitched seven strong innings in NOC's 5-1 win over Redlands Friday afternoon in Tonkawa.

Friday's win for NOC (36-11-1) salvaged one game in the four game series against Redlands.

Chris Cloud had three hits for the Mavs while Tanner Long and Kris Perez added two hits each. 

Kisner allowed seven hits and one run while striking out three earning the win for the Mavs.  Chase Bridges and Tanner Long each tossed a scoreless inning to complete the 5-1 win.

Harper has 13 home runs for the Mavs.

In Game 1, the Mavs were shut out 5-0 as NOC was limited to just five hits.  Long had two hits to lead the Mavs.

 Korde Busby allowed seven runs on five hits while striking out six.

NOC had baserunners in six of the seven innings but could never bunch hits together against Redlands pitching.
