Mavs sweep Randall University

MOORE, Oklahoma -- The NOC Mavericks won their fourth in a row Monday with a doubleheader sweep of Randall University.

NOC (29-2-1) won the first game 10-0 and the night cap 13-2.

In the two games, the Mavs pounded Randall pitching for 23 runs on 27 hits.  Thirteen of the 27 hits were for extra bases.

In Game 1, Gabe Griffith had two hits and scored two runs while Dominick Trevino had two rbi's. 

NOC scored in five of the six innings.

Korde Busby (4-0) earned the win allowing just one hit and striking out 11 in four innings.

In Game 2, Tanner Long and Rhett Rutledge each had two hits and three rbi's while Austin Glock and Cacy Harper had two rbi's each.

Angelo Gennari (2-0) started for the Mavs allowing just one base runner in three innings striking out eight Randall hitters.

NOC opens conference play Thursday hosting Murray at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
