The NOC Tonkawa Mavs and Lady Mavs open Region 2 Playoff action this week in Muskogee.

The Mavs (14-16) face Seminole at 3 p.m. at Muskogee High School on Wednesday in the first round of the NJCAA Region 2 Tournament.

The Mavs are the #5 seed in the event.

NOC's Lady Mavs (16-14) face Connors in the first round on Thursday at 8 p.m.

The Lady Mavs are the #2 seed in the tournament.

The finals are set for Saturday.

The winners of the region tournament advance to the national tournament (Hutchinson, Kansas for the men, Lubbock, Texas, for the women).
